This afternoon P6/7 learned how to use the Macro / Close-up settings on various digital cameras.  They were challenged to take close-up photos of signs of Spring, as well as random things in the playground.  Each type of camera had a different ideal distance to take close-ups from, so it was quite difficult to capture a sharp image.

Later in the year, pupils could use the Macro setting to capture images of insects and arachnids.
